Bel Ombre

The southwest coast of Mauritius is rich in wild nature with barely a sign of human presence. Totally renovated in 2010, the 158 rooms have a very feminine décor with pastel tones, light pink, varnished parquet floors and furniture inspired by the East India Company, adding romance to the interiors.

The Anabella restaurant prolongs this elegant universe with a rich and varied cuisine including African, Asian and European influences. Fish dishes are grilled in full view of the guests under the direction of the Italian Chef, Enrico Rodati. Le Telfair is truly a romantic, old-fashioned universe.
